At So Free, we prefer low-temperature gentle baking at less than 42°C, to allow us all to fully benefit from the nutrients of this superfood.

Our recipe is simple, nutritious, tasty and also vegan! A source of protein and high in fiber, these crunchy little crisps are seasoned with a mixture of sunflower seeds and tomatoes, perked up with a touch of pepper and Himalayan salt.

Perfect for cocktail hour to make a sensation with your guests or to grab for a snack, at any time of the day!
